What is your return policy?
We accept returns on original Ahniko merchandise only in new and unused condition with all original tags. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, not contain any perfume or other scents, deodorant or other stains, markings, alterations or damages in any way in order to receive a full refund.
If you are located in the United States, returns must be made within 14 business days from original ship date. International returns must be made within 25 business days from original ship date. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment method used for your purchase. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns made past the allotted return time period are ineligible for returns and will be shipped back to the sender.
Can I return vintage items?
Due to the nature of sourcing our one of a kind vintage items, some pre-loved pieces may show signs of preexisting wear and are not eligible for returns. Vintage items are final sale. Please be assured that all vintage pieces are handled with incredible care prior to listing.
Can I return sale items?
All discounted, sale, promotional or final sale items are not eligible for returns. Additionally any lingerie, underwear, or worn swimsuits are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
I received damaged merchandise, can I make a return?
Quality control is a big priority for us here at Ahniko and we do check for damages and faults before merchandise is shipped. However, should you receive merchandise that is not in perfect and new condition please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your exchange policy?
We currently do not accept any exchanges at this time.
How do I return an order?
For U.S & International customers: if you wish to make a valid return, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). Once our returns department has verified your request we will provide you with the RA# and info regarding your return.
Once you have received the necessary info to process your return, all thats left is to pack your return along with a copy of the original invoice and return form included in the original shipment. Securely place the return label on the outside of the package with the RA# clearly included on the package as well. Get it on over to your nearest and preferred postal service location and we’ll take it from there!
*Please note that all return charges are to be made at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, we do not refund any associated duties, taxes, or shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages .
*We reserve the right to refuse refunds to returned merchandise that breach any of the above listed conditions in our return policy.*
How long will it take to process and credit my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days after receiving your return to fully process and credit your refund.
