An item is sold out, when will it become available again?

Sustainably sourcing our fabric and trims is a top priority for us and because of this we are often limited in the quantity of styles we  can offer. Once an item sells out, we may not be able to restock it but you may contact customerlove@ahniko.com anytime in regards to the sold out style for further assistance. We’re here to assist and accommodate you the best way possible!

What does “fabric content unknown mean”?

Sustainable sourcing is a core element to our eco-friendly foundation. As a result, some of our limited edition pieces may be composed of deadstock fabric in which the fabric content is unavailable or unknown. However, we will always best advice on garment care through our sourcing and testing experts.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards through our online store at this moment but will soon! Be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay current on updates and announcements :)

Something I purchased is now on sale, can I get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer price adjustments on sale, discounted, and reduced  items.
